Bush Shows off his "gang sign" for his economic and foriegn policy for the past eight years. Two in the pink, one in the stink.

No need to rub your eyes or check for telltale signs of photoshop manipulation, this is the real deal.  I guess since he figures it’s all over and he already has the lowest approval rate in Presidential history he may as well go out with a bang and finally show the country his plan for American people over the last eight years.  The shocker.  Or, as Xeni points out, the possibly more appropriately named, the $700 Billion Shocker.
