If You’re Dumb Enough to Get your 10-Year-Old a Cell Phone, You Should Probably Get them a Bluetooth Too

kid_with_cell_phoneI hope the next study someone does is to figure out why on earth a 10-year-old needs a cellphone.

A recent study found that children using cell phones are 43-percent more likely to be hit by a vehicle while crossing the street than are children who are not using cell phones.

I wonder how long it will be before an attention seeking politician will introduce a law making it illegal for children under 15 to walk around without hands free devices?

      OH my.... Parents of these children must be sent to jail! C'mon, why give your child a cell phone at all? Doesn't make sense.
    • Totally agree, I have no idea why any parent would get a kid under 15 a cell phone. Even after 15 is pushing it in my opinion. We all made it just fine without a cell phone. Kids today feel like they're entitled to everything their parents have and the parents that are feeding into that not doing their children any favors.
