I hope the next study someone does is to figure out why on earth a 10-year-old needs a cellphone.
A recent study found that children using cell phones are 43-percent more likely to be hit by a vehicle while crossing the street than are children who are not using cell phones.
I wonder how long it will be before an attention seeking politician will introduce a law making it illegal for children under 15 to walk around without hands free devices?
